This team knew exactly what needed to be done to stop the seams of the patio from leaking into the inside of the home. They were very professional and explained the job they did.

Our roof had a leak about 5 years ago. It was repaired by a company that didn’t know what they were doing or understand the materials. THIS year our roof leaked so badly that our front door swelled and we couldn’t open it for a month. Mr. Carroll came, gave us an estimate and, basically, reroofed the repair that was made 5 years before. THIS TIME, it was done properly with an understanding of the need and, I am happy to say, it was successful. We have had ample rain to KNOW if it was a success. Our front door has not swelled. It opens and closes easily. Mr. Carroll and his roofers were neat, on time and worked quickly. The most difficult thing was finding time between rains. Much appreciation.

We have a complex residential roof with cedar shake shingles, flat composite areas, and exposed duct work. We have had leaks for years.
