Where  the three arrows are pointing was a large concern for the building owner as it held a lot of water that was not draining properly-We added polyurethane spray foam to all areas ponding including around flashings that were exposed followed by heavy duty commercial grade elastomeric coating -sealing the roof  with the reflective coating will cut the temperature in building help saving on A/C costs.
